Welcome to the Koralpe

The Koralpenhaus, run by the Alpenverein Wolfsberg, sits at 1,966 m at the foot of the Großer Speikkogel, with views over the Lavant Valley all the way to the Karawanks. Since 1 July 2026 the house has been run by Zahrudin "Sascha" Mesić together with his partner Meli and daughter Selena, serving Styrian cuisine alongside Balkan specialities like Ćevapčići and the legendary Kaiserschmarren. 22 cosy rooms are ready for overnight stays, whether as a base for hiking and ski touring or simply to enjoy the mountain air.
